Orders under $200 have a flat shipping rate of $14.99. Orders of $200 and more get free shipping. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or other services at our discretion. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and therefore offer a 30 day money back guarantee for defective or broken items.
Please note that all pieces are hand made and the online pictures may not be an exact reflection of what you will receive. Color, shape, and size may vary slightly and aren't considered defects. Photographic evidence will be required to verify the defect.
You should expect to receive your full refund within three weeks of notification of the defective memorial, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to file a claim, please Contact Us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and photos of the defect. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed with the refund or replacement.
